Dumpster rental is priced as a flat weekly rate that includes delivery, pickup, and disposal up to the weight limit. A 10-yard starts at $350/week; a 30-yard runs $525–$650/week. Overage tonnage is charged at $65/ton. No surprise fuel surcharges.

Choose Your Size
Tell us your project type and we'll recommend the right container. Most residential cleanouts use a 20-yard. A bathroom demo fits a 10-yard. Major gut renovations need a 30-yard.
We Deliver
We drop the dumpster in your driveway or designated spot, typically within 24 hours of booking. We protect your driveway with boards to prevent damage.
Fill It Up
Load at your own pace for the rental period. Don't overfill above the fill line — overfull loads can't be safely transported and may require a second trip.
We Pick Up & Dispose
Call or text when you're done and we'll schedule pickup. Everything goes to a licensed Nassau/Suffolk transfer station for proper sorting and disposal.

Common questions about dumpster rental
A 10-yard works for 1–2 room cleanouts and bathroom remodels. A 15-yard handles full room cleanouts and small garage cleanouts. A 20-yard is our most popular size — good for whole-home cleanouts and kitchen renovations. A 30-yard is for major construction projects and full gut renovations. When in doubt, go up a size — it's cheaper than ordering a second container.
If the dumpster stays on your private driveway, no permit is needed in most Nassau and Suffolk towns. If it needs to go on a public street, we'll handle the permit application with your municipality — there may be a small permit fee ($50–$150 depending on town). We know every Long Island town's requirements.
We can't accept hazardous materials: paint, chemicals, motor oil, propane tanks, asbestos, or refrigerants. Tires, batteries, and electronics also cannot go in. Everything else — furniture, appliances (without refrigerant), drywall, lumber, concrete (in small quantities), yard waste — is fine. Call us if you're unsure about a specific item.
Our standard rental period is 7 days. Extended rentals are available at a pro-rated daily rate. We also offer monthly rates for long construction projects. Just let us know your timeline when you book and we'll work something out.
