Our pricing is based on how much space your junk takes in our truck — not by the hour or by weight. A minimum load (about 1/8 of our truck) starts at $99. A full truck costs $599–$799 depending on the type of material. Single items like a sofa start at $129; appliances start at $99. You'll receive a firm flat-rate quote before any work begins.
No. Our quote includes all labor, loading, transportation, and disposal fees. The price we quote is the price you pay. The only time a price changes is if the actual volume of junk is significantly different from what was described — and we'll discuss that with you before we continue.
We charge by load — specifically, by how much space your junk takes up in our truck. This means you know the price upfront, and we have an incentive to load efficiently rather than work slowly. Most customers prefer this model because there's no ambiguity about what they'll owe at the end.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is due at time of service. For large jobs over $1,000, we may request a deposit to hold the date.
We don't formally price-match, but we're competitively priced and will always try to work within your budget for reasonable requests. Call us with another licensed, insured company's quote and we'll see what we can do.
What We Take
We take almost everything: furniture (sofas, beds, tables, dressers, cabinets), appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, AC units), electronics (TVs, computers, printers), yard waste and outdoor furniture, construction debris (drywall, lumber, tiles, flooring), mattresses, exercise equipment, hot tubs and spas, junk cars, clothing, boxes and household clutter, and general trash.
We cannot take hazardous materials: paint, solvents, motor oil, antifreeze, propane tanks, asbestos, mold-contaminated materials, medical waste, biological hazards, or car batteries. CRT televisions and certain older electronics may have additional handling fees due to EPA disposal requirements. If you're unsure whether something qualifies, call us and we'll tell you immediately.
Yes, hot tub removal is one of our specialties. We dismantle the spa on-site, cut it into sections if needed, and haul all pieces away. Pricing for hot tub removal ranges from $299–$599 depending on size and access. Most hot tubs take 2–3 hours from start to finish.
Yes. Appliance removal starts at $99 for single items (fridge, washer, dryer, stove). Refrigerators with freon are handled with EPA-compliant freon recovery as required by law. We also do full appliance packages — tell us everything you need removed for one combined flat-rate quote.
Yes. We remove drywall, lumber, concrete, tile, flooring, roofing materials, insulation, and general renovation debris. Construction debris is priced by volume like any other load. For large renovation projects, our dumpster rental may be a more cost-effective option.
Absolutely. Single-item removal starts at $129 for furniture and $99 for appliances. There's no minimum load requirement. If you only need one thing hauled away, we'll come get it.
Scheduling & Availability
Same-day pickup is available Monday through Saturday for calls received before noon. Next-morning service is typically available for all other requests. During busy periods (spring and fall), lead times can extend to 1–2 days — call to check current availability.
We operate Monday through Saturday 7am–7pm and Sunday 8am–4pm. We answer the phone during all operating hours. For online form submissions, expect a response within 15 minutes during business hours.
Call us at (516) 529-6413 during business hours for the fastest response, or fill out the quote form on our website. We'll confirm your appointment time via phone or text. You don't need to be home for exterior pickups, but we do need someone on site for interior work.
Yes. We schedule in two-hour windows and text you when we're 20–30 minutes away. We don't make you wait all day — your time matters.
You can submit the online form any time, but for same-day service, calling us directly at (516) 529-6413 ensures the fastest response. Online form submissions are responded to within 15 minutes during business hours.
Cancellation & Changes
We require at least 2 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 2 hours of notice may be subject to a $50 trip fee. We understand that plans change — if you need to reschedule, just call as early as possible and we'll accommodate you.
Not a problem. If the additional items fit within our truck, we'll adjust the quote on the spot. If the job is significantly larger than originally described, we'll give you a new quote before loading anything extra — you always have the final say.
Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for dumpster pickup reschedules. Extended rental periods beyond 7 days are billed at $50 per additional day. Call us to discuss your timeline.
Dumpster Rental
We offer 10-yard, 15-yard, 20-yard, and 30-yard roll-off dumpsters. A 10-yard is right for a bathroom renovation or small cleanout. A 20-yard handles most kitchen or single-room renovations. A 30-yard is for major projects — whole-home cleanouts, full renovations, or large construction debris loads.
Standard rental is 7 days. Extensions are available at $50 per additional day. Early pickup is available at no extra charge — just call when you're done.
If the dumpster is placed entirely on private property (your driveway), no permit is typically required in most Nassau and Suffolk County communities. If you need it on a public street, requirements vary by municipality. Some incorporated villages require a permit — we'll advise you based on your specific address before delivery.
Furniture, household junk, construction debris, appliances, yard waste, and general cleanout materials are all fine. You cannot put hazardous materials, tires, batteries, paint, motor oil, medical waste, or asbestos in our dumpsters. Prohibited items will result in additional fees if found.
We use rubber wheel covers and can place boards under the container to protect your driveway surface. On asphalt driveways, especially in warm weather, we always use protection boards at no extra charge. Let us know if your driveway is a concern.
Recycling & Eco-Friendly Disposal
Yes. We sort every load at disposal. Metals, cardboard, electronics, and certain plastics are separated for recycling. We work with licensed recycling facilities across Long Island and aim to divert as much material from landfills as possible.
Yes. Usable furniture, clothing, and working appliances are offered to Habitat for Humanity ReStore, local thrift stores, and community donation programs before anything goes to disposal. We'll make note of donation items when you describe your job — it's part of our standard process.
We estimate 30–40% of our loads by weight are diverted from landfills through donation and recycling. For estate cleanouts, that number can be higher when there are significant quantities of furniture and clothing.
Estate Cleanouts
We assess the full scope of the cleanout, provide a flat-rate quote, then schedule a crew of 2–4 people depending on the job size. We sort donation items first, recycle what we can, and haul everything else away in one or more truckloads. Most one-bedroom to two-bedroom estate cleanouts are completed in a single day.
Yes, and we approach every estate job with respect and discretion. Our crew understands these are often difficult circumstances. We work at whatever pace is comfortable, handle all belongings carefully, and will specifically set aside any items you want to review before they leave the property.
Yes. We regularly work alongside estate attorneys, realtors, and property managers. We can coordinate access and timing with whomever is managing the estate.
