Our truck holds approximately 450 cubic feet of junk — the equivalent of 3–4 pickup truck beds. Price is based on how much of that space your items fill. Includes all labor, loading, transportation, and disposal. Nothing extra.

We price by how much space your junk takes up in our truck — from 1/8 of a load (minimum $99) to a full truckload ($699–$899). This covers all labor, loading, transport, and disposal fees. There are no add-ons for fuel, stairs, or extra crew members. The price you see is the price you pay.

No. Our pricing is all-in. The quote you receive on the phone is what you pay when the job is done. We don't add fuel surcharges, environmental fees, or stair charges. The only circumstance where the price might change is if the job scope is significantly different from what was described when you booked.

Never. Coming out to look at the job and give you an estimate is 100% free with zero obligation. You decide whether to proceed. We only charge when work is actually performed.

Our dumpster rental flat rate includes delivery to your Nassau or Suffolk address, the rental period (7 days standard), pickup, and disposal up to the included weight limit. Overages beyond the weight limit are charged at $65/ton. There are no fuel surcharges or environmental fees.

Estate cleanout pricing depends on home size and contents density. A 1–2 bedroom home runs $600–$1,200. A 3-bedroom typically costs $1,200–$2,200.
